Welcome to Full Moon Baby. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (fullmoonbaby.care) and the newborn care, postpartum doula, and gentle sleep support services provided by Sabrina Osorio. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Full Moon Baby offers compassionate, non-medical support to families during the postpartum period. Services may include newborn care, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, gentle sleep guidance, overnight care, postpartum companionship, and parental education.

Sabrina Osorio is a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula. Our services do not replace medical, pediatric, psychiatric, or lactation-medical advice. We always encourage you to consult your pediatrician, OB-GYN, IBCLC, or mental health professional for clinical matters.

2. Booking, Consultations & Scheduling

• Consultations and care sessions are scheduled in advance through the contact form, WhatsApp, or by mutual agreement.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment (or deposit, where applicable) has been received and we have replied confirming the agreed date and time.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking if we feel we are not the right fit for your family's needs.

3. Payments

• Service prices are shared during the consultation or through our packages section.
• Payment terms (deposit, full payment, payment schedule) are agreed in writing before services begin.
• Prices may be updated from time to time; the price agreed at the moment of booking is the one that applies to your contract.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because Sabrina reserves time exclusively for your family, the following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• More than 48 hours' notice: rescheduling is free of charge.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: a portion of the fee may be retained to cover the reserved time.
• No-show: the full session fee may be charged.
• In case of illness, emergencies, or force majeure (yours or ours), we will work together to reschedule with care and flexibility.

5. Safety & Health

For the well-being of your baby and our team, we ask that:

• You inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special considerations regarding the baby or household.
• Sessions are postponed if anyone in the household has a contagious illness.
• A safe and respectful working environment is provided during in-home support.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared during our work together is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Photos & Testimonials

All photos and quotes displayed in the "Kind Words" testimonial section of this website were voluntarily shared by the families themselves. Each photo belongs to the same person who provided the written testimonial, and is used with their explicit, prior consent.

No photo, video, or quote about your family will ever be published without your written authorization. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and the content will be removed promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, photos, illustrations, and design — is the property of Full Moon Baby (or used with permission) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
